Over the last couple of years, I've really started to get more into jewelry, specifically the simple gold pieces that seem to dominate Instagram. There's something about adding a cool earring or a simple necklace to complete a look. What I also love about simple gold pieces specifically is the ability to wear them every day with every look. They can become your daily staples and easily add to whatever look you're wearing. So today I wanted to share some of my jewelry wants right now for summer and beyond.
SUGARFIX by BaubleBar
My first stop for affordable and on-trend jewelry is always BaubleBar's line at Target, SUGARFIX. The line brings the style and trendiness of it's main brand but at a more affordable price point. I'm dying over the lilac resin earrings and mixed metal trends they're showing this season.
Minimal Mixed Metal Hoop Earrings ($12.99)
Amazon is, of course, a one-stop shop for everything, including jewelry. I saw a picture posted on @amazonfashion with a few sets of earrings and had to go find them online immediately. They're now laying in wait in my cart for me to complete my order.
Bohemian Beaded Round Earrings ($13.99)
Finley is one of those direct-to-consumer jewelry companies that cuts out the middleman and cuts down the price. Their Lise Bar Studs ($45) are my everyday earrings for my second piercing and they still look perfect after over a year of wearing them almost nonstop.
Finally we have Mejuri, a favorite among Instagram influencers. They have a pop up in Chicago that ends today, so if you're able to make it before 7 p.m., you can try on a selection of their pieces and order them right then and there. Similar to Finley, they are direct-to-consumer which helps them keep their prices low despite using solid gold. They recently released their "More Skin, More Gold" edit which was the inspiration for this post. The minimal gold jewelry is perfect for summer and showing a little skin.
Jewelry is the perfect way to add something extra to your summer looks without adding more layers of clothing. What jewelry trends are you loving this season? Share them with me in the comments below!
