I love spaghetti. It's probably my favorite variety of pasta, so I was excited to find this restaurant on The Infatuation. Adam and I went there one day after I finished up at work and then I decided to grab some lunch there during work one day since it's only a 10 minute walk. It's that good.
I forgot to take a picture of them, but we got mini meatballs as an appetizer. They were good, but Adam and I both agreed that the meatball at Saraghina was better. For pasta, I got the bolognese ragu.
It was absolutely fantastic. I cleaned my plate. Definitely a must if you stop by and like meat sauce on your spaghetti. As always, dessert is necessary.
You can never go wrong with tiramisu, though Adam thought it was too soft. I would agree. A tiny bit of crunch would've been nice.
The real reason that I've waited to post this review is so I could go grab one of their spaghetti cones to go. This is what I went to get for lunch last week.
Look at all of that glorious sauce. I got the bolognese again and it was just as good as the first time. I really love the idea of serving up to-go pasta like this because it's easier to carry and eat on the go or for a quick lunch. I will definitely be going here a lot before the Clubhouse closes down and we move back to the office.
All in all, I give Spaghetti Incident a 4 because it's delicious, but pricey. I paid $15 for the cone and dinner wasn't cheap either. I think it's totally worth it because the pasta is so good, so be sure to check it out if you're in the Lower East Side.
