This is officially the fastest I've posted swatches of the KL Polish launches. The blog is looking up, y'all. Here's a quick look at the new Cuban-inspired summer polishes from KL.
I love this shade of green. It's the perfect jewel tone shade for summer and the name is fitting as well. I just got a pedicure today and went with this shade on my toes for a nice pop of color.
Cha Cha Cha
This fiery orange is a great alternative to the neon oranges people typically go for in the summer. Cha Cha Cha will definitely be a great shade to transition into fall with at the end of the summer.
While this looks similar to the hot pink Kathleen released last summer, it comes without the subtle shimmer that MIA had. It's a very opaque creme shade that is perfect for the girly girl in the summer. Me... not so much.
This fresh manicure with Matanzas is perfect for my graduation this Saturday (!!!) It's a great shimmer shade and is opaque on two coats though it doesn't seem like it will be on the first coat. This will be a summer go-to for me.
Tropicana took three coats to reach full opacity. And I know that Kathleen didn't name it after the orange juice brand but damn it looks just like it.
Finally we have Cubana, a deep red shade that will also be great for that summer to fall transition. I don't see myself wearing this much during the warmer months, but once fall hits, I can see it being a great everyday shade for me.
Will you be picking up anything from the summer collection? Let me know in the comments!
