1. Read one book a week.
...I better pick a short one for this week.
14. Get on the sleep training train.
This has been a difficult road so far but I would like to get sleep again one day so hopefully this goal is realized sooner rather than later.
15. Set up a solid skincare routine.
I'm unfortunately bad at taking care of my skin regularly. Hopefully I can turn that around this year.
16. Create an office/studio space.
I'm looking forward to moving because it offers the opportunity to create an office and studio space to really improve my content in the coming year and give me my own space to work.
17. Take frequent social media breaks.
Lately I've felt a lot of FOMO because I pretty much sit at home and scroll through Instagram all day. This year I'm going to set limits for myself and focus on not missing out on the people right in front of me.
18. Do the NYT Crossword every day.
I sound like an old person saying this but I love challenging my mind and learning new things along the way by doing crosswords.
19. Overall live a happier and healthier life.
This goal is all-encompassing. I just want to make 2019 better than any year before which is what most people want, I think.
